What to fix
For a local plumber, the models read your Google profile, reviews, directory listings, and the page that says you serve Roanoke, VA.
Fix 1
B & B Plumbing is who the models named instead
B & B Plumbing showed up in 3 answers when people asked for a plumber in Roanoke, VA. Open their Google profile and the directories that list them. Match the facts a model can check: the same business name, phone number, Roanoke, VA, and a recent review that describes the job.
Fix 2
Publish a Roanoke, VA service-area page
Add a page titled "Plumber in Roanoke, VA" and use that phrase in the H1. In the first paragraph, say Wisler Plumbing serves Roanoke, VA, then list the jobs you actually take, such as emergency calls, repairs, and replacements. Link it from the homepage. Models quote a page that answers the city query.
Fix 3
Ask for reviews that name the job and the city
After the next three jobs, text the customer your Google review link. Ask them to mention the work and Roanoke, VA in their own words. Reply to every new review. Those sentences are what show up when a model explains a recommendation.
Fix 4
Finish the Google Business Profile
Claim the profile for Wisler Plumbing. Set the primary category to Plumber, add Roanoke, VA as a service area, fill in hours, list each service, and upload photos from recent jobs. Incomplete profiles are easy for the models to skip.
Fix 5
Add LocalBusiness schema to the service page
Put a JSON-LD block on findwilser.com with @type Plumber. Include name, url, telephone, address, and areaServed set to Roanoke, VA. That is the machine-readable copy of the facts the models look up.
